1. How do I send flowers and gifts?
It’s easy! Visit our homepage or meet us at our partner florist.
You can place your order without registration, Just simply browse the categories and products to make your selection. You will then be guided through the buying process so we can collect the information needed for successfully delivery.
2. Can I order by telephone or email?
The safest and most efficient way to order is via our website.
3. Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes it is possible but all depends on which city or country you send your order! Please check the conditions here.
4. Where can I send flowers and gifts?
Basically you can send flower and gifts anywhere in Hungary and any part of the world. If you cannot find the name of the city in our ’city list’ please feel free to contact us!

5. Do the flowers come with a vase?
A vase is not included in the price unless specified in the product description.

7. Can I send flowers on Sundays?
Yes, Sunday deliveries are possible.
Sunday deliveries are available to selected cities and before noon only, please contact us prior delivery!
8. Can I specify exact delivery time for my bouquet?
Shipping is only possible within opening hours.
Please note, we can not guarantee next morning delivery time for orders received after opening hours!
Deliveries in Budapest can be made in 4 hours, and in 10 hours for other cities.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, except for weddings and funerals. The minimum interval we can make the delivery of your order is 1 hour (e.g.: 17.00-18.00) for Budapest.
For other cities in Hungary the delivery interval is a certain time of day (e.g: morning, afternoon)
Saturday PM deliveries are available to selected cities, please contact us prior delivery!
Sunday deliveries are available to selected cities and before noon only, please contact us prior delivery!
Delivery is possible during the following hours:

- Saturday 10:00 - 14:00
- Sunday 10:00 - 12:00
9. What’s the difference between 'Medium' and 'Large' Size?
This option allows you to send more a bigger bouquet with the same style to your loved ones.
Images are shown size ‘M’ bouquets.
10. Why do you need my phone number?
It is essential to provide us with your full contacts details, including a valid phone number. Customer service may need to speak to you to confirm the recipients address, to modify the order or to confirm payment details. We will only contact you if it is necessary.
11. How do I care for my flowers?
It is best to keep them in a well lit room away from direct sunlight. Make sure you change the water every 2 days and use flower food to help them to stay fresh longer and don’t forget to cut steams every second day.
12. Do you offer business to business deliveries?
Yes! Escada has a great Company Gifts offer for all your business needs. For offers please contact our customer service visszajelzes{at}escadaviragkuldes.hu.
13. How accurate are the photos of the products?
The product photos are a representation of what will be delivered, and no brand is being represented. Considering that flowers are fresh, daily products, some components of the bouquet you ordered might not be in stock. In this case substitution of components is permissible. However Escada guarantees that you will get a bouquet very similar to the chosen one in style, form, value and assortments of flowers. For further information, please see the Terms of Service!

15. Can I add a greeting card to my order?
Of course it is possible to add a greeting card to the flower bouquet.
You will have the opportunity to add a greeting before giving us the delivery information.
Our system will automaticly offer this opportunity to you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Visa, Master Card, Electron, Maestro.
2. When will my credit card be charged?
Please make sure you have entered all the payment details correctly. The payable amount will be charged from your bank card immediately.
3. Is it safe to give my credit card detail on the internet?
At Escada flower delivery we only use the very best in security for our online payments. All credit card information, which is given on a secure payment gateway provided by SimplePay!
We have no access to those information! This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.
4. What kind of other payment methods I can choose from?
You have more types of payment methods above credit and debit cards. You can choose to balance the value of your order with, bank transfer, and PayPal .
After you place an order we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have accepted your order with all the given datas of the delivery. Once your order has been delivered you will get another email to make you sure about the successes of delivery. After you log in on our site you can check the status of your order anytime!

You can check the status of your order anytime after you log onto our site. You will need the order number to check it under ’order status’ menu.
3. How will I know when the flowers have arrived?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail to confirm that the order has been delivered. You will receive this e-mail up to 48 hours after delivery.
Please ensure that you have provided an accurate e-mail address and that our e-mails do not arrive in the junk mail!
4. How do I modify or cancel my order?
All changes or cancelation must be made with respect to our delivery policy and through our customer service. Please feel free to contact them, they will help you right away.
