General Delivery Information – Gift Boxes
📦 Delivery
- Orders received and paid by 11:00 AM on working days can be delivered from the next working day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the second working day following the order date.
- Delivery is made on working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Exact delivery times cannot be requested; only the delivery date is guaranteed.
📅 Weekend Deliveries
- Weekend delivery is available only in combination with flower orders, with at least 3 working days' notice.
- Please indicate this request in the delivery note field or contact our customer service team.
🚚 Courier & Delivery Conditions
- Delivery is handled by an external courier service; their delivery terms apply.*
- For nationwide shipping, 1–2 days of delay may occasionally occur.
🎁 Products & Packaging
- Prices include packaging and a gift card.
- The fantasy name of the gift box is not shown on the package.
- Products are mainly handcrafted in small batches. In case of stock shortages, missing items will be replaced with products of equal quality.
🍫 Summer Period – Chocolate Products
- Due to quality assurance, chocolate-containing gift boxes are only delivered within Budapest during the summer months.
🌸 Combined Orders: Flowers + Gift Box
- When ordering flowers and a gift box together, the items may be delivered separately.
📅 Same-Day or Weekend Delivery Requests
- Please contact our customer service before placing the order for same-day or weekend delivery.
🥂 Alcoholic Gift Boxes
- The customer confirms that the recipient and/or receiver is over 18 years of age.
- The courier is entitled to request age verification upon delivery.
- If no one over 18 is available to receive the delivery, the gift box will not be handed over.
- Re-delivery is only possible with an additional delivery fee.
📬 Acceptance & Failed Deliveries
- Upon receipt, the recipient confirms the package was delivered undamaged and in full.
- For quality or quantity issues, please contact our customer service immediately.
- If personal delivery is not possible but a third party (e.g., neighbor, receptionist, colleague) accepts it, the order is considered fulfilled.
- If the order is refused at delivery, it will still be considered fulfilled, and further collection is the customer's responsibility.
- If neither the recipient nor the customer is reachable by 3:00 PM on the delivery day, we cannot be held responsible for any quality deterioration or missed deadlines due to unsuccessful delivery.
