Important Delivery Information – Funeral Flower Orders

Funeral, memorial or chapel flower orders are delivered and placed before the ceremony begins.

❗ Please note

• In some cemeteries, flowers are placed at a central collection point and then cemetery staff will take them to the actual grave.
• We guarantee delivery to the cemetery.
• The ribbon will include the custom message you provide. The ribbon cost is included in the price.

🕓 When to place your order?

• Please place your order preferably 24–48 hours before the ceremony.
• For same-day funeral deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.
• Funeral bouquets can be prepared faster, while funeral wreaths require several hours – so same-day delivery may not always be possible.

📋 To ensure successful delivery, please provide the following information:

• The name of the deceased
• The cemetery name and address, and the name of the chapel (if applicable)
• The start time of the ceremony (please enter this in the “Delivery notes” field)
• The ribbon message
