General Delivery information - Gift box
- Order received and paid for before 11 a.m. on a working day can be delivered on the following working day at the earliest.
- Order received after 11 a.m. can be delivered on the 2nd working day after placing it.
- Delivery is only possible on working days, between 8:00 am. and 5:00 pm.
- Gift boxes are available for weekend delivery when ordered along with flowers, with a minimum pre-order of 2 days. Kindly write your request in the ‘Instruction’ box when placing the order or get in touch with us.
- Parcels are delivered by an external courier service, whose delivery conditions apply.*
- It is not possible to request gift delivery by time, only the day (date) is authoritative.
- In the case of national delivery, there may (rarely) be a delivery difference of 1-2 days.
- The price includes the packaging, wrapping and the gift card.
- The fantasy name of the gift box is not indicated on the package.
- Products are mostly small-batch handicraft products. In case of stock shortage, the missing product will be substituted with a product of the same quality.
- For quality assurance reasons, chocolate products can only be delivered within Budapest during the summer months.
- When ordering a gift box and a flower product together, the two products may be shipped separately.
- For weekend and same-day delivery, please contact customer service before ordering.
- By placing the order, customer accepts and confirms that the addressee and/or recipient of the gift containing alcohol is over 18 years of age. The customer accepts that if there is no person over the age of 18 the gift box containing alcoholic beverage, will not be handed over. In case of doubt, the person to be delivered may request proof of age of the addressee and/or recipient. Gift boxes containing alcoholic beverages cannot be handed over to persons under 18 years of age. In such cases, re-shipment is only possible after additional shipping costs have been paid.
- When receiving the gift, the addressee/recipient certifies that he/she has received the package undamaged and complete.
- In the event of a quality or quantity complaint, please contact customer service.
- If personal delivery/hand-over is not possible at the specified address, but delivery is ensured with the involvement of a third party (e.g.: family member, neighbor, receptionist, co-worker, etc.), then it can be handed over and the order is considered fulfilled.
- Acceptance of the ordered product/products is refused, so the order shall be considered fulfilled and the customer shall take care of its receipt.
- Until 15:00 on the day of delivery, neither the recipient nor the customer can be reached based on the contact details provided, so the parties providing the service are not responsible for any deterioration in quality or non-compliance with deadlines due to failed delivery.
